partnership

Clarification of the term ‘PARTNERSHIP(S)’:

Use of the term ‘partnership(s)’ on the iEOA website or any document referred to therein or any arrangement contemplated by that term shall not be construed as creating a partnership for legal purposes between the iEOA and any other party concerned for any purpose whatsoever and neither party shall have the power or authority to bind the other party or impose any obligations on it for the benefit of any third party.”

As an independent charity the iEOA does not endorse or promote any specific services or products. However, it is clear that the management and administration of examinations, where ever you are in the country or what ever type of centre you work in, experiences similar practices and procedures. Over the years the iEOA has been working with awarding bodies and government agencies to encourage cooperation and coordination in this area. The iEOA believes that this type of relationship fosters a greater sense of shared ownership in the successful delivery of present and future exam systems.
