The launch of the new invigilation information service and support for members.

Launch of British Council CPD programme – this was BTEC based and was part of the support the British Council gave to their exam officers in over 93 countries across the world.

The launch of ‘ My Exam Office Year’ (MEOY), based upon an exams cycle for the delivery of general qualifications  – brought theory and practice under one management tool for all types of centre. Tony House from Reading College was instrumental in developing MEOY round both school and college delivery by adding vocational qualifications to the desktop tool which could be updated year-on-year.

The EOA ran an exams programme for the Nigerian Airforce schools to support their exams and assessment delivery and to promote British education and exams systems.

The EOA started running international conferences in South Africa, which was attended by over 15 countries to help support exams delivery and to help promote British education and exams systems.
