Spring 2012 - Trustees Election Procedure

• Only applications from fully paid members will be accepted for election.
• All applicants must have the support of TWO nominees who are also fully paid up members.
• It is advised that all applicants inform their head of centre that they intend to stand to ensure full support for their potential future role as a trustee.
• Please ring the EOA if you require further advice on the time commitments involved.
• All applicants are asked to download the application form and send it with a DIGITAL PHOTO (this is compulsory) to the EOA as soon as possible.

Friday 13th January 2012- Details of the nominees will be posted on the website

Monday 13th February 2012 - EOA Members will be invited to start voting through an automatic voting process online or by post.

Wednesday 7th March 2012 - Closing date for voting

Any votes received after 5.00pm GMT on Wednesday 7th March will be disregarded.
