The EOA have been asking members since the 2000/1 academic year about their needs and concerns but also how various changes in education policy and, Awarding Body practices have had an impact on our exams office community.The original surveys were about informing the education community and the world at large about who the exams office community are and the vital role they play in exams delivery, What is more important now is how the exam office community can inform, influence and contribute its expertise, based upon a more informed and professional workforce, to the education environment.
So please fill in your survey now while this year is fresh in your minds. The exam/education community are waiting for you to tell them about your experiences. You are the best source of information. But individual comments are lost amongst so many other priorities that's why you need to bring your views and comments together and present as part of a united community.
Back in 2000 we were a disparate population and will continue to be so unless members and all those non-members recognise that their future is in their hands, despite all the input over the years from various outside sources.
