Full members pay an annual subscription fee and have access to all the Association’s benefits and services including the members section of the website. Membership fees are calculated by the number of registered EOA members in your centre.

1    registered EOA member in Centre      = £60
2    registered EOA members in Centre    = £95
3+ registered EOA members in Centre    = £130

Note: You can reduce this down to £50 (further reduced to £45 if paid within 30 days) if you are renewing your membership as a past registered centre with the EOA and add your invigilator team to that membership this September.

  • Membership fees will be invoiced by post and will need to be paid before membership is confirmed and access to the website and benefits is granted.

  • EOA Full Members:Full membership isopen to all Exam Office Personnel working within a registered centre anywhere in the world.  Full members pay an annual subscription fee and have access to all the Association’s benefits and services including the members section of the website.  Fully paid up members are entitled to suffix their name with the designation of MEOA and can vote to elect EOA Board members from within the membership. 

  • EOA Affiliate members: This is a new category of membership being given to the invigilation community which are attached to all exam offices and play such an important role in helping to deliver a successful exam system. Your invigilation team will now be able to register as part of centre membership this autumn. These affiliate members will have access to their own web pages and services on the site.
  • EOA Honorary Members: This category of membership applies to retired Exam Office Personnel who still wish to stay in touch with the Association via newsletters and other communications.  There is no subscription applicable to EOA Honorary members and they cannot vote to elect members to the Board.
