Severe weather conditions - advice on January exams and JCQ statement11 January 2010Many exams office staff have fought their way into their centres over the last few days, despite the difficult weather conditions, to make sure that their students can take their exams this week. The JCQ has issued a statement to give guidelines to staff in exam offices for handling issues that might arise from examinations due to be held during the severe weather. the statement advises centres to continue with exams as scheduled where possible but outlines the options when this not possible.
