Hays propose to support Networks

Under the present partnership agreement with the EOA Hays Recruitment are in discussions with the EOA on how to help maintain existing networks that have been created under the QCDA Centre Support banner and through the groups created from various diploma consortia.
 
 In view of the changes being proposed by the department, early suggestions indicate that there will just not be the coverage to support these groups. In the future and a more self-supportive model must be put in place if we are to secure these very important networks.
 
Over the next few weeks more details will be announced on how these groups will be supported and how members and non-members can set up new groups in their areas. This government has made it very clear that there will not be the hands on support many have enjoyed over the past few years in future and therefore its is vital we as a community engage, at grass roots level to develop our own support networks.
