A2C project – update for stakeholders
This is the first summer the A2C system has been activated and in general there has been very little feedback from members related to pre-setup or implementation. Some have been caught out by not having fully made the transfer to use the A2C system while not renewing their existing EDI carrier. What is not clear is from various sources are some of the data issues being experienced are only related to individual centres circumstances or are the broader problem related to the system over all.
As with all new systems there are bound to be some teething problems but the following update released by the JCQ should start to address some of these issues as they prepare the ground for future development based upon your feedback over the summer.
