ETD trains and supports exam centre staff in schools and colleges so that they can deliver the best possible exam experience for their students. Formerly known as Invigilator Training, training invigilators in behaviour management and teamwork, Exam Team Development now also offers personal and professional development courses and individual coaching support to examination office staff and other exam centre staff. www.examteamdevelopment.co.uk


As part of the partnership agreement the EOA provides:

  • ·a discount for EOA members using Exam Team Development services

This partnership agreement is based on a shared objective of securing a more confident sustainable professional exam office workforce which can meet all the future needs of the exam system.
