The EOA is working in partnership with Classwatch to set up a pilot projects see how this product can be used as appropriate support to exam office staff in exam rooms and halls when dealing with difficult and sensitive groups and situations. The pressure on staff and accommodation continues to be an issue and members and non-members may find this solution valuable when trying to meet increased demands against a background of cuts in staffing and resources.

While this partnership agreement is based on a shared objective of providing a possible future solution to members needs, the EOA does not endorse any specific product under its charitable status. However, the EOA seeks to provide opportunity to members to explore and develop products and services that might not have become available through other avenues. This product has been identified as being of future value to the community but only a pilot programme will determine whether it does have the potential to serve the future needs of our community.
