Team Discovery Ltd

The EOA is working in partnership with Team Discovery Ltd who focus on web design, open source (i.e. no license fee to use) content management systems and training to support the changing needs in schools and colleges across the UK and Europe.

As part of the partnership agreement the EOA provides:

· consultation on exams office & education developments

· consolation on the development of content management products

· promotion on the EOA website & in other activities

· promotion at the EOA annual conference

In return Team Discovery Ltd provides:

· support on products that reduce work burden

· offers some form of discount/etc to members

· promotion of the EOA at other events attended

· attendance and support for the EOA annual conference

. helpdesk to support exam office staff in website usage

While this partnership agreement is based on a shared objective of securing a sustainable professional exam office workforce, the EOA cannot get involved with personal terms and contracts agreed between members and Special Agent. However, in the interests of its membership the EOA will always consult with Special Agent on its service provision to the exam community.

Clarification of the term 'PARTNERSHIP(S)':

Use of the term 'partnership(s)' on the EOA website or any document referred to therein or any arrangement contemplated by that term shall not be construed as creating a partnership for legal purposes between the EOA and any other party concerned for any purpose whatsoever and neither party shall have the power or authority to bind the other party or impose any obligations on it for the benefit of any third party."
