The EOA is working in partnership with the Hays Recruitment, to help establish a more professional exam office work force in schools and colleges across the country.

As part of the partnership arrangement the EOA provides:

• consultation on exams office recruitment
• referrals on job vacancies at various levels
• access to the examination community
• promotion on the EOA website & in other activities

In return Hays Recruitment provides:

• free EOA membership for all candidates placed (first year only)
• support on enhancing professional development
• promotion of the EOA at other events attended
• attendance at the EOA annual conference

While this partnership agreement is based on a shared objective of securing a sustainable professional exam office workforce, the EOA cannot get involved with personal terms and contracts agreed between members and Hays Recruitment. However, in the interests of its membership the EOA will always consult with Hays Recruitment on its service provision to the exam community.

Use of the term ‘partnership(s)’ on the EOA website or any document referred to therein or any arrangement contemplated by that term shall not be construed as creating a partnership for legal purposes between the EOA and any other party concerned for any purpose whatsoever and neither party shall have the power or authority to bind the other party or impose any obligations on it for the benefit of any third party.”
