SecEd

 

The EOA is working closely with SecEd newspaper and Delivering Diplomas magazine. SecEd is a free weekly education newspaper covering secondary education, which is sent free of charge to every UK secondary school. A digital edition of SecEd is also available to which any educationalist is welcome to sign up for free.at www.sec-ed.co.uk

 

Delivering Diplomas is a free termly magazine, launched by SecEd in 2009, which is dedicated to all aspects of Diplomas Delivery. Visit www.deliveringdiplomas.com

 

As part of our working relationship with the titles, SecEd and Delivering Diplomas:

  • Work with the EOA to report on and encourage debate on the issues affecting examination officers in schools across the UK and with specific reference to the challenges of Diploma delivery.
  • Provide coverage of EOA conferences and other activities providing content in both titles relevant to and useful for examinations officers
  • EOA members will be entitled to a 20 per cent discount on attending events

in return EOA provides:

  • Support for appropriate SecEd & Delivering Diplomas events & conferences
  • A link to the SecEd and Delivering Diplomas websites
  • Promotion of SecEd and Delivering Diplomas in schools & colleges
  • Promotion of an award for exams office staff for Delivering Diplomas 2011

 

A core part of the partnership sees collaboration between Delivering Diplomas and the EOA in the promotion and organisation of Delivering Diplomas’ ongoing series of Delivering Diplomas National Conferences. Programme details will be announced in due course at www.deliveringdiplomas.com
