CfSA

The EOA is working in partnership with the Council for Subject associations (CfSA) , to help inform and broaden discussion and transparently within the exams and education community in schools and colleges across the country.

As part of the partnership arrangement the EOA provides:

• consultation and feedback on the exams community
• access to the exams community
• promotion on the EOA website & in other activities

in return CfSA provides:

• greater access for EOA issues to be shared publicly
• better insight to members on curriculum developments at both primary and secondary level
• support at the EOA annual conference

While this partnership agreement is based on a shared objective of securing a sustainable professional and better informed exam office workforce, the EOA works along side the CfSA and its subject group independently. In the interests of its membership the EOA will always consult with CfSA on its service provision to the exam and education community.

Use of the term ‘partnership(s)’ on the EOA website or any document referred to therein or any arrangement contemplated by that term shall not be construed as creating a partnership for legal purposes between the EOA and any other party concerned for any purpose whatsoever and neither party shall have the power or authority to bind the other party or impose any obligations on it for the benefit of any third party.”
