This is just the start of a new & refreshing era in the exam office world.
The Examination Officers' Association is pleased to announce its leading role in the creation and launch of a new service open to all EOA member examination centres. The EOA Centre Support Service (ECSS), is a group of independent specialists who provide a local, centre-support based service to all.
Building a legacy for the future:
The EOA is proud to be associated with this development, which builds on all of the investment by government over a number of years, both in terms of continuing to utilize highly trained ex-civil service staff, and the establishment of a professional body, the EOA, to help take this important support service forward.
The ECSS service:
The ECSS now provides 1:1 support for exam officers and their centres through local visits, as well as by phone and email. Just like the EOA, the ECSS is an independent, objective and impartial service, provided by knowledgeable and very experienced experts in the field of examination management. They are able to provide targetted and bespoke support, training and advice to all EOA member examination centres throughout England and wider field.
